How To Become A Bank Manager

  • In the second step, the candidate has to prepare for the bank exam (PO) to become a manager in the bank. In which the candidate has to study mathematics, general knowledge, psychology and financial knowledge. The exam is held in two stages. In the first stage, there is a written exam of 100 questions with general knowledge, GS, current affairs, general English, mathematics subjects, whose time duration is 1 hour. The second paper has the same subject, but the questions become a little difficult.
  • In the third step, when the candidate passes the PO exam, he is called for an interview. As soon as the candidate passes the interview, he is given PO training. In which he is given information about all the things related to the bank. After completion of training, they get the job of PO.
  • In the fourth step, if the candidate performs well after being appointed as a bank PO, then he is promoted to Assistant Manager. If he performs well again for three-four years, then he is promoted to the post of Bank Manager.
